Audit of Arkansas Lottery Finds “Significant Deficiencies”

The Arkansas Legislative Joint Audit Committee has revealed results of an audit of the Arkansas Lottery—and the report has “found two ‘significant deficiencies’ with the Arkansas Lottery’s Internal Controls as well as 11 other issues,” reports Tolbert. My Impression of the New Lawmakers
