Planned Parenthood Loses in Federal Court, Re-files in State Court

Last week a federal appeals court declined to reconsider a ruling that would allow Texas to withhold funding for women’s healthcare from Planned Parenthood’s clinics because the organization performs abortions.

Planned Parenthood responded by suing (again)–this time in state court.
