San Francisco to Force Taxpayers to Pay for “Transgender” Surgeries

The City of San Francisco plans to use public funds to pay for “transgender” surgeries, according to the Associate Press.

San Francisco already uses public funds to pay for sex-change surgeries for city employees.

The OSC has concluded that Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius has violated the Hatch Act. More from Politico.
