A VOTE FOR ISSUE ONE makes lottery scholarships available to students who attend vo-tech schools.
A VOTE FOR ISSUE TWO keeps the casino out of Russellville and it prevents any additional casinos from being opened in Arkansas without a new constitutional amendment and without local voter approval at a special election.
Issue 3, the Marijuana Amendment was disqualified by the Arkansas Supreme Court on Monday, October 21. Issue 3 will be on your November ballot, but votes will not count.
These issues are amendments to our State Constitution that, if passed, can only be changed by another amendment passed in a statewide vote.
