As Arkansas’ next legislative session approaches, we want citizens to become familiar with the legislators whose decisions will impact you—for better or worse—when they start meeting in January. That’s why we’ve created a guide with all 35 of our state senators, complete with their pictures, party affiliation (denoted by blue for Democrat and red for Republican) and district number. Since Tuesday, I’ve had the opportunity to meet many of the folks who just got elected to office. Some of them have been around the political process before, but many of them are brand new. Here’s my first impression of a lot of the folks I’m meeting.
