Montana Supreme Court Rejects Demands from Same-Sex Couples

The Montana Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit involving same-sex couples’ demands for benefits equal to those of legally married couples on Monday.

Plaintiffs in the lawsuit have vowed to re-file in lower court.
