Christian Persecution Worldwide: Part 5 (United States)

We enjoy a great amount of religious freedom in the United States; it’s something we should never take for granted, and something we should always defend. That’s why it’s disconcerting to read about the Fromms, a Christian couple from California who were recently fined for holding a Bible study in their home, allegedly in violation of their city’s “zoning regulations.”

“Nobody should be able to tell us what we can do in our home,” Stephanie Fromm said. “Since when do we have to qualify who we have at our house and what we’re doing?”

Arizona Pro-lifers On A Roll

Arizona’s abortion numbers were down 30 percent last September compared to the previous month, August, and compared to September of 2010.

In September of 2010, 1,053 abortions were performed in Arizona. There were 1,069 abortions in August of this year. This past September, 729 abortions were performed. That’s almost 400 fewer abortions than the previous month!

While Planned Parenthood officials are concerned over the lack of abortions, saying that it will put a child in an unhealthy situation, pro-life advocates are glad that new legislation is taking effect.
