Dr. Roger Hiatt Defends Act One
Dr. Roger Hiatt, a psychiatrist here in Little Rock, has written a guest editorial for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette entitled “Stability Favored”. In this piece, he defends Act One—the Arkansas Adoption and Foster Care Act—which was recently overturned by the Arkansas Supreme Court, even though 57% of the people voted in favor of the measure in 2008.
