Video: Three-Judge Panel Blocks Pro-Life Laws
Earlier this month a three-judge panel from the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals blocked two pro-life laws the Arkansas Legislature passed in 2019.
However, two of the judges on the case wrote opinions that strongly urged the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn some of its past pro-abortion rulings.
