Pro-Life Group Urges Court to Uphold Arkansas’ Pro-Life Laws
Americans United for Life recently filed an amicus brief in support of four pro-life laws Arkansas passed in 2017.
The amicus brief argues that a three-judge panel from the 8th Circuit was correct to unblock the laws and that the ACLU’s appeal should be denied.
