This week, Time reported on data just recently published in the journal Pediatrics claiming that children of lesbian parents do just as well—and maybe even better in some instances—in the areas of psychological and social development as children of traditional heterosexual parents.
Well, the run-off elections are underway—early voting has been going on for the past week and today is the last day to vote. By late tonight, Arkansans will most likely know the results of several hard-fought primary races, including the high-profile U.S. Senate race between Sen. Blanche Lincoln and Lt. Gov. Bill Halter. Whichever Democrat wins today will go on to face the Republican nominee, Congressman John Boozman, in November.
