Arkansas blogger Jason Tolbert has done everyone a service through his comprehensive lottery coverage on his blog, The Tolbert Report.

Over the weekend, Jason continued his coverage with an op-ed piece for the Arkansas News Bureau entitled, “Taking Measure of the Lottery: Why the Rush?” Tolbert thoughtfully explains why a slower approach to the lottery would have been wise. It’s a great read, and you can find it by clicking here.
