Connecticut Health Panel: Abortions “Essential Health Benefit”

The Blaze reports that a Connecticut health panel has voted unanimously to deem elective abortions as an “essential health benefit,” meaning that the state’s health insurance exchange (i.e. Obamacare)  will cover abortions.
