Sen. Rubio Proposes Religious Conscience Protections for Obamacare

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has proposed an amendment to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (i.e. Obamacare) to provide religious conscience protections. This comes after the uproar over over the decision by President Obama and Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius to mandate that religious employers must cover sterilizations and contraception, including abortifacients, in their health care plans.
