Family Research Council Summarizes CDC’s Recent Abortion Stats

The Center for Disease Control recently published an overview of America’s abortion trends for the year 2008. Family Research Council out of Washington, D.C., has released a summary of the report here.

Family Research Council Files Amicus Brief in Obamacare Case

The Family Research Council out of Washington, D.C., has filed an amicus brief as part of the lawsuit against Obamacare.

The brief argues that the unconstitutional nature of the individual mandate in the national healthcare bill makes the entire 2,700 page bill unconstitutional. According to FRC, “FRC’s earlier brief was instrumental in Florida U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson’s decision to strike down the entire Obamacare law as unconstitutional.”
