July was the beginning of a new fiscal year for the Arkansas Lottery, and according to Lottery Director Bishop Woosley, proceeds for scholarships were $2.4 million lower this July than the same month a year ago. Click here for more from John Lyon with Arkansas News Bureau.
Reports KATV: “The Natural State Jackpot will work similarly to Powerball, Mega Millions and Decades of Dollars. Players choose five numbers between one and 39 and can play the same numbers for up to 20 consecutive draws. Each play costs $1.”
