The 2011 notice of intent and waiver form are now available at ArkansasHomeSchool.org absolutely free!
If you’re already home schooling, all you need to do is mail these completed forms to your local public school superintendent. First-time home schoolers are required to turn their forms in person. Don’t forget to turn these forms in by the close of business on August 15 if you intend to home school during the fall semester.
