Associated Press: “State and county prosecutors on Thursday renewed their legal fight against Arizona’s medical marijuana program, asking a court to rule that the voter-approved law is illegal on grounds that it conflicts with federal drug law.”
The DEA is warning medical marijuana dispensaries operating in or near school zones in Washington State of possible prosecution.
This news follows ballot certification for a medical marijuana measure in Arkansas.

Family Council Action Committee President Jerry Cox issued a statement Tuesday after Arkansans for Compassionate Care, a group supporting a ballot measure to legalize marijuana in Arkansas, announced the Secretary of State had certified their petition signatures and that their proposal will be placed on the November ballot.
