We enjoy a great amount of religious freedom in the United States; it’s something we should never take for granted, and something we should always defend. That’s why it’s disconcerting to read about the Fromms, a Christian couple from California who were recently fined for holding a Bible study in their home, allegedly in violation of their city’s “zoning regulations.”

“Nobody should be able to tell us what we can do in our home,” Stephanie Fromm said. “Since when do we have to qualify who we have at our house and what we’re doing?”
