Hearing on Magic Springs Alcohol Permit Tomorrow

On Wednesday, March 20, at 3 p.m., the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board will consider expanding the alcohol permits for Magic Springs and Crystal Falls amusement park in Hot Springs. The hearing will take place in Suite 503 at the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration building on 1515 West Seventh Street in Little Rock. A letter of opposition to the permit expansion from Rep. Bruce Westerman (R-Hot Springs) has been sent to the ABC Board in advance of the meeting.
