AR House Votes to Ban Marijuana Smoking

Last week the Arkansas House voted to prohibit or regulate marijuana smoking throughout much of Arkansas.

The bill is H.B. 1400 by Rep. Robin Lundstrum (R-Elm Springs).

It now goes to the Arkansas Senate. Below is a breakdown of the vote on the bill.
