The lottery commission isn’t wasting any time rolling out more ways for people to lose their money.
Mega Millions, a multi-state lottery similar to Powerball, will launch in Arkansas on January 31.
On the plus side, due to the lagging sales of the recently-launched Cash 3 ticket, Cash 4 will be delayed until July. Lottery Director Ernie Passailaigue doesn’t seem to think the news about Cash 3 is all that bad, however, admitting “Cash 3 is a game where players are traditionally low-income and minority.” If he knew this, why would he launch the game in the first place?
