The Obama Administration has designated the White River—which runs from Springfield, Missouri, to Pine Bluff, Arkansas—part of the “National Blueway System.”
What does that mean? Well, according to the federal government, nothing. It’s simply going to encourage responsible land-use—but don’t worry; it won’t affect what people do with their land.
That makes sense, doesn’t it?
In this short video from last November, commentator Steven Crowder weighs questions like, “Is marijuana harmless?” “Will legalizing marijuana decrease crime?” and others commonly brought up in the discussion over the legalization of marijuana.
As Crowder puts it, “A lot of information out there is dead wrong.”

When I opened my Facebook on Tuesday I noticed a very pro-choice relative of mine posted a link mentioning abortion where she commented, “hugely disappointing!” I knew right then there was some good news in that link, and it was then I first learned that the U.S. House had passed the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.
While I was excited and proud of the U.S. House for making such a bold stand, I was even more proud of our Arkansas legislators for passing similar legislation earlier this year. The Arkansas law is already active thanks to an emergency clause included in the bill, and thus is already protecting future Arkansans.
