Woman Taken By Ambulance From Little Rock Abortion Facility

Around 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday pro-lifers reported seeing a woman transported by ambulance from Little Rock Family Planning Services — Arkansas’ only surgical abortion facility.

Photos and video footage of the incident show what appear to be abortion facility staff and volunteers escorting a woman from the facility to an ambulance waiting outside.

At this time, nothing is known about the woman’s condition.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident.

We have written repeatedly about ambulances sighted at the surgical abortion facility in Little Rock over the years.

Last year Operation Rescue determined that Little Rock Family Planning Services had requested ambulance transports more than 60 times.

Incidents like these are part of what prompted the Arkansas Legislature to enact Act 740 of 2021 last year.

The law requires abortionists to maintain transfer agreements with local hospitals to handle these sorts of emergencies.

According to documents Family Council obtained from the Arkansas Department of Health last year, Little Rock Family Planning Services maintains an ambulance transport agreement with MEMS and a hospital transfer agreement with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

As far as Family Council can tell, Act 740’s requirements have prevented Planned Parenthood from performing abortions at its new facility in Rogers.

Seeing an ambulance at an abortion facility is a sobering reminder that abortion takes the life of an unborn child, and it carries serious health risks for women.

Oregon Right to Life Office Firebombed on Mother’s Day

Yesterday we reported that arsonists targeted Wisconsin Family Action’s office in Madison over Mother’s Day weekend.

On Sunday evening Oregon Right to Life’s office was firebombed as well.

LifeNews reports,

In the late evening on Sunday, May 8, the offices of Oregon Right to Life were attacked. An individual used incendiary devices, one of which exploded and caught the building on fire. The office was vacant at the time, and no one was harmed. Fire and police departments responded quickly, minimizing damage to the building. The agencies are actively investigating the incident.

Lois Anderson, Oregon Right to Life executive director, told LifeNews.com today that she’s glad no one was injured but her staff are traumatized by the violence.

“Understandably, our team is shaken up by this attack. We are committed to taking proper precautions to protect the safety of our staff as we move forward.” She added, “We are thankful for the quick action of our first responders committed to maintaining a safe environment to operate in this community.”

According to a photo of the attack, it appears abortion activists threw the Molotov cocktails at an air conditioning unit, apparently hoping it would explode and cause extensive damage to Oregon Right to Life’s office.

News outlets also report that pro-life pregnancy resource centers have face vandalism and harassment in the wake of the leaked U.S. Supreme Court draft opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade.

The draft opinion would not end abortion altogether. It would leave the door open for state legislators and congress to pass their own abortion laws. If the U.S. Supreme Court issues this draft opinion as its official decision in a few weeks, it will be up to states to decide what abortion laws they want to enact.
