Another Life Saved From Abortion in Little Rock

Last Friday we wrote about twin unborn babies saved from abortion thanks to pro-life volunteers praying outside the surgical abortion facility in Little Rock.

Yesterday we received even more good news about a mom who is choosing adoption instead of abortion — once again thanks to the prayers and volunteer efforts of Arkansans.

Shawn Carney with 40 Days for Life writes,

Because the abortion facility in Little Rock only does surgical abortions three days per week, they schedule a LOT of appointments on abortion days–more than the parking lot can accommodate.

As an abortion client walked from the overflow parking area, a volunteer named Patricia offered her a free ultrasound at a pregnancy resource center. The mom was interested and asked whether they could help her with adoption.

“She left with an appointment at the pregnancy resource center,” Little Rock leader Toni said. “And SHE NEVER EVEN WENT INTO THE ABORTION FACILITY!”

This is what happens when people come together to pray against abortion and give women with unplanned pregnancies real options besides abortion.

As we said last week, every year we hear stories from other states about lives saved, abortion clinics shut down, and abortion workers coming to Christ in the wake of a 40 Days for Life prayer campaign. This is yet another one of those amazing stories, and it happened right here in Arkansas!

Twin Unborn Babies Saved From Abortion in Little Rock

Yesterday Shawn Carney with 40 Days for Life shared some heartwarming news about twin unborn babies who were saved from abortion thanks to the prayers and work of volunteers outside Little Rock’s surgical abortion facility.

Shawn writes,

Toni in Little Rock sent a desperate email pleading for prayer.

“A lady that is 17 weeks pregnant with twins came today for her ultrasound appointment [at the abortion facility],” Toni wrote. “She DOES NOT want the abortion, but she feels that she has no support. Please pray for her.”

Those prayers were answered as the mother chose life.

“She will be moving back in with her mom soon, and we are going to follow her to see that she has the things she needs,” Toni said. “We will also throw her a baby shower when her time for delivery draws near.”

This is what we mean when we say 40 Days for Life is a great way to help end abortion.
